The grand prize winner will win a hunt with the Ol' Tom crew during the spring 2009 season. The second place winner will win a Time & Motion Turkey Vest, Hunting Shirt with Spine Pad, and Technical Turkey Pant. The third place winner will win a Casanova decoy and a Hide-n-Stuff Decoy Bag/Blind.



Rules & Regulations

Eligibility: sweepstakes open only to legal United States residents within the Continental US at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Ol' Tom and its affiliated brands, agencies, and their respective immediate family members are not eligible. Prior to acceptance of prize, the Grand Prize winner must complete any and all required hunter education courses, firearm safety courses, and any other state and federal requirements in order to obtain a hunting license.

Registration: Register at Eligible Events or online at www.oltomgobbler.com through May 31, 2008. Entry form must be completed as requested. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Sponsor is not responsible for late entries, communication errors, failed computer or technical issues that prevented prompt entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries which the Sponsor believes were tampered with or which impaired the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this sweepstakes.

Prizes: Grand prize winner will receive a hunt with the Ol' Tom team at a location of the Sponsors choosing, potentially in Texas, Kansas, or South Dakota. Ol' Tom will cover the cost of the hunt, the hunting license, and lodging. Winner is responsible for travel cost, game processing fees, taxidermy fees, or any incidental cost incurred by the winner. Second and Third prizes winners will receive gear shipment approximately 2-3 weeks after winner selection.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected on or about the June 1, 2008. Contest will run February 12 through May 31, 2008.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) Second Prize winner, and one (1) Third Prize winner selected. All winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible received prior to May 31, 2008, at 11:59PM EDT.

The winners will be notified my email, mail, and/or telephone at Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. All winners will receive their prizes within four weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

General Conditions: All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants agree (a) to the rules and decisions of the Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release and hold harmless Ol' Tom, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers and employees from any and all liability, for any damages, injuries, or losses of any kind to persons and property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prizes or participation in the Sweepstakes. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No prize transfer or cash redemption is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right, in the event of product unavailability, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi or the appropriate Mississippi State Court located in DeSoto County, Mississippi; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NO ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CNOSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Mississippi, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules with would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Mississippi.
